We do everything we can to keep each others spirits up and to be supportive and encouraging to one another. I would like to say that my coworkers are amazing. It is cheaper to pay out of pocket than to pay their premiums. The health insurance offered is very expensive and has poor coverage. Comdata take care of the customer's needs in a brilliant way, understanding and proposing solutions in BPO at top lever. If you don't have enough PTO and miss work for any reason (sick/personal business/anything) you are written up. You call clients but they also less on ur salary. U make errands outside office but company dont give u fare, they even less money on ur salary. And its even ur fault if u dont finish some work its all too much. They do not care very much for their position and are not very motivated. This company make u work like robot too much work but no add pay whatsoever. The employees are unprofessional and disrespectful. There are pors for Dash BPO but for now the cons out weigh them. Unfortunately, Popcorn Day doesn't really help when you've just been cursed out and called horrible names for the 15th time and you're only 2 hours into your shift. Progress inspections are used to review improvements at multiple stages. The work is very depressing and stressful but they do have theme days to try to raise morale. For 6 yrs I was a traditional BPO Consultant and in Dec we were absorbed into the CX Journey Analytics team ('just the facts, Ma'am.). Quality control audits are used to review improvements made by contractor or handyman. Managers are only there to support upper management, not to back up their team. End result: failed quality equals no bonus and higher budget next month. When I pointed it out, the manager said I couldn't dispute it because they had already signed off on it.
I failed a call for not offering a payment plan on an account less than that amount.
For example, we only allow payment plans on accounts over a certain dollar amount. Managers will not back you up even in situations where you are clearly in the right. Then they do everything they can to disqualify you from receiving that very small bonus. Poor training and agent support, many rude members of management, overwhelming amount of clients and not enough manpower, unfair expectations without much direction, lack of communication with and interest in getting to know agents who are not in the office, low pay increase for high-stress management position, pointless or no benefits. They promise bonus checks equal to a paycheck but it is really about one quarter of your paycheck.
